Helen is joining the Heathcote Acupuncture team from November 2025. She will be working Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 1pm until 6pm.
Helen has worked in the field of complementary therapies since 2013, and it was during this time her interest in reflexology and acupressure really ignited. It was also through the quiet of the lockdown that her desire to learn more about Acupuncture and its benefits gained momentum.
Helen completed her 3-year training at The Northern College of Acupuncture in June 2025 and has been awarded her practitioner qualification of Professional Diploma in Acupuncture and BSc (Hons) Acupuncture from the Health Sciences University.
As part of Helen's training with the NCA, she has completed 400 hours working within the college teaching clinic treating members of the public. She is looking forward to meeting patients in clinic and being able to share the benefits of acupuncture with them.
Helen is married with 3 children, 2 now adults, also a cat and a dog. In her spare time she enjoys being out dog walking, cooking or reading. She loves canals, sea side walks, woodland with lots of trees and stone circles.
